I&#8217;ve been playing with it over the past week and eating A LOT of cauliflower recipes. The first few tries fell flat, as I wanted a crunchy cauliflower exterior with a juicy interior, but was getting &#8216;barely&#8217; toasty instead. I think I finally found the balance for the extra crunch, and I used Spike Hot &amp; Spicy gourmet seasoning to kick it up a notch.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 head of cauliflower<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 egg white<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 tablespoons Tabasco or any similar hot sauce<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 tablespoon Spike Hot &amp; Spicy Seasoning<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 teaspoons olive oil<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 tablespoons ketchup<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Panko Crumbs (1 cup)\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I love adding the<a href=\"http:\/\/spike-it-up.com\/product-eight\/\"><strong> Spike Gourmet Seasonings<\/strong><\/a> because they are all natural and add a multi-flavor depth. The Spike Hot &amp; Spicy has\u00a0salt crystals (earth and sea), cayenne pepper, hydrolyzed soy protein (NO ADDED MSG), garlic, soy granules, onion, black pepper, chili peppers, paprika, chili powder (chili pepper, cumin, oregano, garlic, salt), nutritional yeast, celery, lemon and orange peels, white pepper, red and green bell peppers, orange powder, dill seed, kelp, curry powder, horseradish, mustard, parsley flakes, rosehips, savory, mushroom, safflower, rosemary, basil, marjoram, thyme, oregano, tarragon, spinach powder and tomato powder.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11094\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/layouthero.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/layouthero.png 810w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/layouthero-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/layouthero-768x427.png 768w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/layouthero-500x278.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to Prepare:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Make the wash first by combining the egg white, ketchup, olive oil, Spike seasoning, and hot sauce.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11093\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/coated.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/coated.png 810w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/coated-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/coated-768x427.png 768w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/coated-500x278.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Wash and cut cauliflower into small chunks that are easy to grab. Coat each piece of cauliflower in the wash and then dredge in crumb mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Place inside air fryer tray.
