This week, I was overflowing with fresh leafy greens and a beautiful bunch of Claytonia, also known as Miner&#8217;s Lettuce. Claytonia has a mild, almost nutty flavor, so I wanted a dressing with a real kick to complement it. Enter this vibrant Cilantro Garlic Dressing!<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"3:1-3:389\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:206\">This dressing is a flavor bomb, and it&#8217;s incredibly easy to whip up. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. You may want to add a pinch of sugar to balance the acidity if desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"24:1-24:64\"><strong>Claytonia and Strawberry Salad with Cilantro Garlic Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"26:1-26:182\">This salad is a perfect example of how the right dressing can transform simple ingredients.
