Our New Year’s Eve celebration may be small this year, but it will be fancy!\u00a0 Thankfully these sweet and savory blueberry brie bites are SUPER easy to make, but feel very gourmet. By baking the wonton wrappers (versus frying), I am reducing the fat content and lightening up the recipe considerably. The Twin Dragon wonton wrappers are the perfect vessel to deliver these delicious holiday inspired bites. <\/p>\n

Using Twin Dragon Wonton<\/a> wrappers, you simply fold one wrapper into each greased mini-muffin well and fill with a slice of brie, pecans, shallot, blueberries and a little pinch of cardamom. Bake at 380 degrees for 8 minutes. I did brush a little melted butter on the wonton wrapper folds sticking out to let them crisp up more.<\/p>\n
