You can use any type of apples, but I find that if you like a tart apple pie taste, then use green apples. If you like sweeter apples, then use red varieties. Personally, I use up the bruised apples of the red and green variety and it makes a perfect loaf! Add the apples in and mix.<\/p>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p>In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.\u00a0 Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir until everything is combined, but don&#8217;t over mix.<\/p>\n<p>Pour batter into the the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Do the toothpick test to make sure it&#8217;s cooked through and not wet inside still.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\n<p>Cool for about 15 minutes and take out of pan to cool on a rack.
