Let it sit for 15 minutes or so until it looks a little frothy from all that yeasty action.<\/p>\n<p>Add the flour, salt, wheat germ and olive oil. Select the &#8220;DOUGH&#8221; mode on your bread mixer and wait!<\/p>\n<p>When the dough is complete, it will have to rise for 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Using oiled hands, spread and stretch the dough out on a greased pizza pan. You may need a little extra flour on a surface to manage and manipulate the dough. You may add fresh tomatoes and fresh mushroom if you&#8217;d like on your pizza\/flatbread (no need to previously cook it). Other topping ideas: walnuts, feta cheese, sliced grapes and top with fresh arugula when it comes out of the oven!<\/p>\n<p><strong>BONUS PESTO IDEA!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have some pesto left over? Cut some thick French or Italian bread (or any day old bread!) into large chunks and toss with the remaining creamy pesto. Spread onto a greased baking pan and bake at 350 for 8 or so minutes until toasty.
