The flowers are blooming, the pollen is coating our cars and we often find ourselves with stuffed up heads and often congestion. Some people can shake it off, but others really suffer through the Spring season. <\/p>\n

It’s especially hard to watch little ones with congestion and breathing problems, especially since they are experiencing many of these symptoms for the first time.<\/p>\n

It’s not unusual for nasal congestion to migrate to the ears (ear infections) and chest (lung infections).<\/p>\n

Here’s natural remedies and solutions to help with children through the allergy season.<\/p>\n

When the nose starts leaking, sometimes we resist drinking water because it seems like an endless cycle. This is the time to hydrate more than ever!
