Wow, fancy.<!--more-->\u00a0My Pinterest loving kiddo said she saw a cauliflower pizza crust that was flour-free and would also like to try that. Cauliflower crusts have been hot for awhile now, and you can actually buy them premade and ready to go at Trader Joe&#8217;s. However, we wanted to try our own version &#8211; thankfully these came out really tasty and they were also easy to make!<\/p>\n<p><em>This post is sponsored by YHY Dinnerware.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>You will Need:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Riced Cauliflower (you can buy pre-diced cauliflower at Trader Joe&#8217;s or just take a head of Cauliflower and pulse in food processor until fine).<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup parmesan<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup shredded mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tablespoon of Italian\u00a0seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to Prepare:<\/h2>\n<p>Turn oven to 375 degrees.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4133\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/cauli3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/cauli3.jpg 750w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/cauli3-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/cauli3-500x281.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Take riced cauliflower and put in a glass bowl. Add 1\/4 cup water and put in microwave for 1 1\/2 minutes. Separate out with parchment paper and store in Tupperware or a plastic bag. \u00a0Make sure they won&#8217;t get &#8216;wet&#8217; or moist from condensation, so cool them completely before storing.<\/p>\n<p>This is such a great way to lighten up pizza!
