The Indian spices and coconut milk make a light, yet flavorful, sauce infused pasta. It&#8217;s also served hot over a bed of fresh spinach, so the hot curry sauce wilts the greens under the pasta. Stir in the garam masala, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Add 1\/2 tablespoon of olive oil and pinch of salt to water. In addition to the extra protein per serving, there is also<strong> 7 grams of fiber!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drain and plate hot pasta over a bed of fresh spinach leaves (about 2 cups) in a shallow bowl, or pasta bowl. Put a generous serving of Coconut Curry sauce and vegetables over the pasta.
