For this batch I used the Coconut Milk Chocolate PB Crave which only has 4 grams of sugar per 2 tablespoon serving. Overall, the finished Peanut Butter Energy Balls only have about 4 grams of sugar per ball.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5789\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/nobakechiapeanutbutterballs.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/nobakechiapeanutbutterballs.png 810w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/nobakechiapeanutbutterballs-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/nobakechiapeanutbutterballs-768x427.png 768w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/nobakechiapeanutbutterballs-500x278.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>You will need:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup of rolled oats<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon honey<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup peanut butter ( I used the PB Crave Coconut Milk Chocolate which is very low sugar!)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp\u00a0vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>2 packets of Stevia<\/li>\n<li>dried coconut flakes (unsweetened) to sprinkle or roll in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>How to Make:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pulse rolled oats in food processor until it&#8217;s no longer lumpy or flaky.<\/p>\n<p>In a mixing bowl add oats, stevia with chia seeds.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5786\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ingredients-1.png\" alt=\"ingredients for no bake chia peanut butter balls\" width=\"810\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ingredients-1.png 810w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ingredients-1-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ingredients-1-768x427.png 768w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ingredients-1-500x278.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Warm up the peanut butter and add to bowl with vanilla extract.
