Here are some nutritious yet easy ideas from my #SugarFreeChallenge Week that you may enjoy! <!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Avo Bagel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This tasty fast breakfast only has 3.5 grams of sugar! 1\/2 a bagel, topped with 1\/2 avocado, sunflower seeds, and sliced cherry tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p>Tomatoes and avocados are my go to bread topping on a weekly basis. Skip the butter and use a naturally creaming avocado instead. Tomaoes add a nice tangy flavor and the sunflower seeds offer protein and healthy plant fats.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6623\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/avohero.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/avohero.png 810w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/avohero-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/avohero-768x427.png 768w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/avohero-500x278.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Steel Cut Oat Match Fruit Bowl<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This breakfast clocks in at a whopping 16 grams of sugar, BUT there&#8217;s no added sugar. The sugar is from fruit &amp; milk sugar. Many processed cereals and breakfast bars are loaded with added sugars. Fruit is naturally sweet and will satisfy that sweet craving minus all the extra unecessary glucose.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6622\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/bowl-hero.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/bowl-hero.png 810w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/bowl-hero-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/bowl-hero-768x427.png 768w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/bowl-hero-500x278.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cook 1\/2 cup of oats per direction with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds mixed in. Split into two bowls (servings). Mix 2 tsp of Matcha powder into 1\/2 cup of yogurt, and split serving. Top each bowl with: 1 sliced strawberry, 1\/2 kiwi, 4 blackberries and 9 blueberries. I sprinkled some dried coconut (unsweetened and natural) on top for extra yummy goodness.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Half Wrap<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I buy the burrito size tortillas because they are a better deal, but I don&#8217;t necessarily need to eat a whole one! Cut one in half and make this easy wrap. One egg (any style) on top of 1\/2 avo, 2 pieces of vegan bacon, pinch of cheese, 1 cherry tomato and some hot sauce! Fold over and eat.\u00a0 About 1 gram of sugar and 400 calories total. Very filling! This is my go-to breakfast if I have a big day and need to power up, yet don&#8217;t want a heavy breakfast that&#8217;s going to weigh me down (looking at you, pancakes!)
