I love making healthy beautiful party platters for my friends, as we all enjoy fresh food. As an\u00a0artistic food challenge, I recently started creating platters limited to two colors. It&#8217;s a fun dynamic food effect, and I have to get creative to find healthy food additions that fit the color scheme! For this party platter creation, I chose purple and green as the primary colors.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6931\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/platter-hero.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/platter-hero.png 810w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/platter-hero-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/platter-hero-768x427.png 768w, https:\/\/stage.boredmom.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/platter-hero-500x278.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I loaded up with fresh broccoli, cucumbers, purple cauliflower, purple corn chips, blueberries and blackberries and a\u00a0couple of kiwis. The sky is the limit as to what you may add! Try your own color combos and start hunting for foods that will fit various color combo schemes: red &amp; purple, yellow &amp; green, orange &amp; green, etc. It&#8217;s a kick!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>TWO COLOR PARTY PLATTER DIY VIDEO<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NneCVnrXZxQ\" width=\"854\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>As you can see, the party\u00a0platter is fairly easy to assemble. Make an &#8216; in color&#8217;\u00a0veggie dip, or buy a prepared one if you&#8217;re short on time. For my quick green\u00a0dip, I simply blended avocado, low-fat sour cream, a dash of olive oil, lemon, and fresh garlic. You can pick up natural or organic chips, dressings, veggies and cheeses for an easy platter at your local <a href=\"https:\/\/ooh.li\/d023cba\"><strong>Grocery Outlet<\/strong><\/a>.
